I started Trail & Iron because I'd like to fill in what is lacking in the fitness industry — programs built around real people with busy lives.

As a lifelong athlete, coach, and personal trainer, my approach is simple: well-calculated training that gets results without taking over your entire life. Whether you're training for a race, keeping up with your kids, or just want to feel strong and capable — I've got you.

What is Irail & Iron?
I've always had the mindset that the world is my gym. I absolutely love the outdoors(trail) and genuinely enjoy a wide varietly of strength training modalities in a traditional gym(iron). I have found the perfect balance in training that helps me achieve my goals - I'd love to help you find yours.
